Jeffrey Sonnenfeld

Sonnenfeld is Senior Associate Dean of the Yale School of Management, President of the Yale Chief Executive Leadership Institute, and Lester Crown Professor of Leadership Practice. He has done extensive research on top level leadership with many scholarly publications and applied managerial commentaries. He served as a member of the Blue-Ribbon Commission on Board Governance for the Association of Governing Boards of Colleges & Universities. He has run the Yale Higher Education Leadership Summit for the past decade which welcomed roughly 100 college and university presidents a year.
