Jan Hooks, a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 1986 to 1994, died on Thursday in New York at the age of 57, TMZ reported and The Hollywood Reporter confirmed.
Hooks recently had a recurring role on 30 Rock as Jenna Maroney’s mother, Verna Maroney. Hooks also appeared in The Simpsons, Designing Women and Batman Returns.
